Proposed Changes to the Clean Water Act
The bill removes the word "navigable" from the definition of "waters of the U.S." To access the legislation, go to the above link. In the middle column "Legislation in Current Congress". At the selection - Search Bill Text type in hr2421 and select the circle to search by bill number then click Search.
